Agility@Work

In cooperation with the “The Federation of Enterprises in Belgium (FEB)”, Allen & Overy Employment & Benefits Belgium conducted a survey to gain a better understanding on the needs of the Belgian business community for enhanced agility and flexibility of their workforce. The survey was conducted in January and February 2016 and focused on current practices, perceived concerns and needs, and aspired opportunities for business in the context of ‘Agility at work’.  The term ‘agility’ refers to all forms of flexibility within a corporate and organisational environment be it in terms of time/space, career, reward or organisation. Below reports are the result of an interesting and gratifying cooperation between FEB and Allen & Overy. The reports are published in Dutch and in French. ​
