A quick guide to preparing for the Chair’s Statement

The trustee boards of many schemes providing DC benefits must prepare an annual governance statement known as the Chair’s Statement. The Pensions Regulator has produced a substantial amount of material on its expectations for what is to be included in the Statement, and you will need to have processes in place throughout the year to gather your supporting evidence.
