U.S. Partner Barbara Stettner appointed to the 2021 Board of Advisors of the SEC Historical Society

A&O is pleased to announce that Barbara Stettner, Head of the firm’s U.S. Financial Services Regulatory Practice and a member of the Global Board, has been appointed to the 2021 Board of Advisors of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Historical Society.

The SEC Historical Society shares, preserves, and advances knowledge of the history of financial regulation through its virtual museum and archive at www.sechistorical.org. Barbara joins a body of committed volunteer leaders in the US securities industry who work individually and as a group to advance the mission and work of the Society. The Society’s annual dinner, generally timed to coincide with the Practicing Law Institute’s “SEC Speaks” event, is the preeminent gathering of Washington’s securities bar.
