Akzo Nobel: Scope of Legal Privilege in EU Competition Context
Allen & Overy is pleased to announce the promotion of Tomáš Búry to counsel in its global corporate practice as of 1 May 2021. Under the supervision of partner Martin Magál, Tomáš will be managing the A&O Bratislava Corporate team.
Tomáš has significant experience in all aspects of M&A and corporate law. He specializes in particular on private M&A, joint ventures, venture capital investments and private equity/funds structures. His experience in these areas include broad spectrum of sectors, in particular energy/infrastructure, financial institutions, real estate, TMT, retail.

Allen & Overy has promoted 39 lawyers to counsel. The new counsel, of whom 16 are women, are spread across 15 offices around the network. The promotions will be effective as of 1 May 2021.
