A&O’s success relies upon the commitment of its employees to push the boundaries and ensure we continue to be seen as a firm reflecting modern values. Over the years, MaameYaa has contributed significantly to the firm’s leadership; demonstrating how to deliver a client-first experience, being a source for collaboration and a voice for many but ultimately, highlighting important issues requiring sensitive leadership.”
