Allen & Overy advises HÄRTHA Group on the acquisition of Vacuum

Allen & Overy has announced the promotion of Livio Bossotto to partner, effective from 1 May 2021. His appointment is part of the partner promotions across Allen & Overy’s global network with 30 new partners representing 16 of the firm’s international offices.

Stefano Sennhauser, senior partner of Allen & Overy Italy, commented: “We are proud of the work Livio has done in leading his team’s growth and we are very pleased about his promotion in the Employment department, which is a strategic sector of activity, both in itself and for our firm’s practice areas. Livio’s appointment represents another step on our path of internal growth.”

Livio Bossotto joined Allen & Overy in 2005 and he has been head of the Italian Employment and Data Protection team since 2010. Livio has worked in Italy and abroad and has over 15 years’ experience advising major corporates and financial institutions on employment-related matters,  industrial relations, remuneration and compensation policies and employment litigation, also supporting our Corporate practice on all employment issues related to mergers and acquisitions. Recently, Livio has coordinated complex investigations, advising clients throughout all the phases (from compliance on data privacy to whistleblowing to changes in management governance) coordinating with the most well-known criminal defense lawyers and external investigation agencies.
