A&O has marked the end of Q3 2021 with a strong performance in the ECM league tables; the result of advising on a number of complex, high-value transactions in a wide range of sectors and markets, around our global network in 2021.
A&O ranked first for Global Debt, Equity and Equity linked tables.
There were also top five rankings for EMEA Equity IPO, EMEA Equity offerings, Australia and New Zealand Equity and Rights offerings, Asia ex-Japan Equity linked and Australia Equity and Equity related tables.
