Allen & Overy is advising Darmstadt-based ISRA VISION AG (ISRA) in connection with the takeover offer that was announced by Swedish company Atlas Copco AB before the start on Monday.  The takeover offer is part of an industrial partnership agreed between ISRA and Atlas Copco and values ISRA at EUR 1.1 billion.

Further advice was provided by senior associates Tatiana Marzoli (M&A) Dr Sebastian Schulz (Employment, all Frankfurt), Lipei Shi (M&A, Beijing), Milosz Cywinski (Antitrust, Brussels), associates Anna Kräling (IP, Düsseldorf), Benjamin Geisel (Antitrust, Brussels), senior transaction officer Nadine Gommel (Frankfurt) and transaction officers Laura Thiel (Frankfurt), Siba Rosenbusch (Hamburg) and Antonia Fichtner (Munich).  The team was complemented by other lawyers from the Allen & Overy offices in New York, Washington DC, Beijing, Tokyo and Seoul.
