Heather has been recognised in the 10th to 13th editions of ‘The Best Lawyers in Australia for Insolvency and Reorganization Law’.
She joins Allen & Overy from Baker McKenzie in Sydney, where she dually advised on complex dispute resolution matters and restructuring and insolvency deals.
Michael Shepherd, partner in Allen & Overy’s Sydney Litigation practice, commented: “With wide-ranging experience in dispute resolution, insolvency and strong commercial acumen, Heather is an outstanding addition to our team at Allen & Overy.”

Having worked with her in the past, I look forward to seeing Heather turn her exceptional skills to our group’s work assisting clients on complex restructuring and insolvency matters, as we help our clients navigate the challenges that lie beyond the Covid-19 era.”
