A&O advising TripActions on its acquisition of Reed & Mackay

Since it was founded in 2015 TripActions has seen rapid international growth providing user and technology-first corporate travel and spend management solutions and is now the leading cloud-based travel and events platform. Meanwhile Reed & Mackay has a long-established and globally recognised expertise in business travel and event solutions. The newly combined group will manage USD5 billion in travel budget across its 5,000 global customers in more than 50 markets.
