Allen & Overy advises Primark on the opening of its flagship store in Milan

Located in the heart of Milan’s shopping district, via Torino’s store is the 9th opening for Primark in Italy and the first in an Italian high-street.

The Allen & Overy’s team led by senior associate Antonio Ferri supported by senior associates Roberta Errico for public law aspects and Elia Ferdinando Clarizia for tax profiles advised in relation to the expansion of Primark’s business operations in Italy including the negotiation of all the related real estate and commercial contracts.
