Allen & Overy is advising Canadian software company, OpenText Corporation, on its USD6 billion recommended offer for Micro Focus International PLC, the UK-based enterprise software provider.
OpenText is the leader in a growing Information Management market, delivering a compelling suite of hybrid solutions that help customers power and protect their critical information, enable their digital transformation and automate business workflows. The acquisition of Micro Focus will result in OpenText becoming one of the world’s largest software and cloud businesses.
