A&O advises joint lead arrangers in refinancing for Midwest Physician Administrative Services

Midwest Physician Administrative Services (MPAS), also known as Boncura Health Solutions, is a management services organization aimed at improving patient outcomes, managing at-risk populations to reduce healthcare costs, and providing convenient ways for patients, providers, and clients to access support services. MPAS helps hospitals and physician groups provide value-based care through administrative and clinical services. MPAS is a wholly owned subsidiary of DuPage Medical Group, the largest independent, multi-specialty physician group in Illinois, and a portfolio company of Ares Management’s Private Equity Group.
