Allen & Overy boosts its Litigation practice in Warsaw with a new partner hire
Allen & Overy is delighted to announce that Anna Pawelec joined the Banking & Finance team in Warsaw as senior associate on 8 February 2021.
Anna focuses on banking, commercial and civil law. Her experience includes advising financial institutions, in particular banks and corporate borrowers, on a wide range of banking and finance transactions, including real estate finance, acquisition finance and general bank lending. She provides legal support in connection with the preparation and structuring of finance documentation.
Anna graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in Krakow and obtained an LLM, Master of Laws, with distinction at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
