Allen & Overy Belgium's Employment & Benefits team received the award for ‘Best Employment Law Firm (2016)’ at the HR Excellence Awards ceremony, held on 17 November 2016 in Genval.
The HR Excellence Awards recognise the best in class HR suppliers for outstanding performance and achievements in delivering excellence to employer organisations.
The team was shortlisted by 1500 HR directors and 750 C-suite executives. The final decision was based on an assessment made by a jury of nine HR directors and the votes of the Belgian HR community.
We are really proud to have won this award, which reflects our innovative and solution-driven approach.
