Managed by Rivage Investment, EUCLIDES has obtained a EUR30 million support from the European Investment Fund (EIF), backed by InvestEU, as a cornerstone investor.
This impact fund will mainly provide growth debt to companies specializing in innovative climate solutions across Europe.
EUCLIDES will be launched in H1 2023 as an innovative impact investment fund contributing to the fight against climate change and optimally serving a decarbonisation market in need of massive deployment of technologies with positive impact.
The Allen & Overy team was led by partner Antoine Sarailler and counsel Benjamin Lacourt, with partner Mathieu Vignon and senior associate Ageu Pires on tax aspects.
