Allen & Overy Paris has advised Valiantys and its shareholder, the investment group Keensight Capital, in connection with the financing of the acquisition of a majority stake in the capital of Expium LLC, an innovation consultancy leader specialized in transforming business processes using Atlassian technologies. 

This acquisition allows Valiantys to expand its presence in the US market and, through the complementary expertise of Expium, to strengthen its offering.

The transaction involved the Paris office of Allen & Overy, with a team composed of partner Géraldine Lezmi and associate Constance Frayssineau.
