Allen & Overy welcomes Chad Lavallee as Chief Human Resources Officer for the U.S.

Chad joins from Withers Bergman LLP where he served as the U.S. Head of Human Resources and directed all aspects of the department. Chad brings a depth of experience managing human resources across global law firms, which will be key to the firm’s hybrid working environment. His oversight of corporate and social responsibility and other strategic initiatives will be instrumental in the execution of strategic initiatives that support firm objectives.

A&O recently announced the hiring of Dennis Quinio as Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer for the Americas, further demonstrating the firm’s commitment to these initiatives.

Prior to his role at Withers Bergman, Chad served as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Morgan Stanley and began his career at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.
