Allen & Overy moves to greener premises in Prague that nurture new forms of collaboration

The firm anticipates that it will move into the new premises in September 2021.

Missouri Park, together with Mississippi House, make up the final component in the River City Prague urban district project developed by CA Immo. Missouri Park adheres to the most stringent standards while employing the latest office design trends and focusing on a healthy workspace. The building was designed by Schmidt Hammer Lassen Architects, which is one of Scandinavia’s most recognised and award-winning architectural practices.

The relocation is an all-team effort spearheaded by a project team consisting of representatives from different practice groups and support staff that, together with external consultants and architects, are developing the office design. The new premises support flexible working patterns and are surrounded by green spaces. Major emphasis is put on reducing energy consumption and employing advanced waste recycling and CO₂ monitoring. The Missouri Park office project aims to earn LEED Platinum, the highest level possible when evaluating a building’s energy efficiency.
