Allen & Overy announces four senior counsel promotions in the United States

The new counsel are:

• Justin Ormand in the U.S. Litigation practice
• Derek Poon in the Securitization and Structured Finance group of the U.S. International Capital Markets practice
• Jeff Quinn-Cane in the U.S. Projects, Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure practice
