Allen & Overy has advised CIC Private Debt on the creation and structuring of the impact fund CIC Transition Infra Debt 2, with a first closing at EUR100 million.

The fund, classified as Article 9 SFRD and oriented towards the energy transition, is positioned in junior/mezzanine debt to support (in France and abroad) the development of infrastructures dedicated to the production of renewable energies and the fight against climate change.

CIC Transition Infra Debt 2 is targeting EUR300 million. CIC Private Debt announced a first closing at EUR100 million with French institutional investors.
