Allen & Overy strengthens global IP practice with appointment of Partner in Warsaw

Professor Krystyna Szczepanowska-Kozłowska joins Allen & Overy’s Intellectual Property practice in Warsaw on 1 July 2015 as Partner and head of IP in Poland; she joins from DLA Piper where she was a Partner.
Professor Szczepanowska-Kozłowska, an expert in both IP and technology, has experience in contentious and non-contentious matters including, patents, trademarks, copyright, competition and personal data protection law; she has represented clients before the common courts and arbitral tribunals. Her appointment will further strengthen A&O’s international IP practice, in particular in CEE, enhancing the team’s ability to advise key clients locally and globally.
