Assisting multiple clients in designing and implementing global remuneration plans and related local policies, including a telecomms client on a plan roll-out in 30 jurisdictions. We continue to advise global banks, asset managers and insurers on the impact of EU remuneration rules and on operating plans and structures that are compliant from both a regulatory and local legal perspective.

Advising various clients on the roll-out and implementation of HR practices across their worldwide operations (and in as many as 76 jurisdictions). These range from the collection and use of diversity information to the terms for engaging atypical workers. As well as conducting surveys to identify legal and feasibility issues, we have drafted and reviewed documentation and, found pragmatic solutions to help our clients manage risk in particular jurisdictions.
