Our latest innovation, developed in partnership with Microsoft and Harvey, is ContractMatrix, which streamlines contract drafting, review and analysis.
ContractMatrix uses generative AI to make lawyers faster and better, liberating them from processing and empowering them to focus on strategic decision-making.
ContractMatrix was made by lawyers, for lawyers. A&O Shearman's team has been instrumental in testing and developing the tool, with more than 1,000 lawyers currently using ContractMatrix internally. We are now licensing ContractMatrix to companies on a SaaS (software as a service) basis.
