Sally is the CEO of Allen & Overy’s regulatory advisory and consulting practice. Prior to joining Allen & Overy, Sally spent seven years at JPMorgan (JPM) and, before that, ten years at the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in the UK. At JPMorgan, Sally provided advice and leadership on a range of regulatory policy and strategic issues. At the FSA, Sally was Managing Director of the Risk Division and a member of the FSA Board.
Clive has spent 20 years in the financial services industry, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in 2001 and then working for a number of top tier banks in finance roles, before joining JPMorgan in 2009. Clive has focused on Culture and Conduct for the last three years within JPMorgan's Investment Bank, successfully implementing the Culture and Conduct initiative globally in that time, including development and execution of tailored culture and conduct training.View profile
Lee is the APAC Head of Allen & Overy Consulting. Prior to joining A&O, Lee was at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) where he was General Manager of Global Regulatory Affairs and helped design and implement CBA’s Code of Conduct. Before this, Lee was the Managing Director of Culture & Conduct at JPMorgan, where he led the roll out of the global Culture & Conduct program.
