Training designed and delivered by experts and leaders.

A&O Consulting is not like other consulting firms. Our team comprises industry leaders and former regulators, rather than career consultants. This means we share decades of experience designing and delivering targeted and engaging training within global banks, asset managers, fintechs and corporates.

We regularly partner with lawyers from A&O’s market-leading legal practices including our financial services regulatory and litigation colleagues globally to deliver integrated value that addresses the challenges our clients face.

Our expertise means our training is impactful and aligns with best practice, featuring high interactivity as well as realistic scenarios to bring the training to life.

How do our training courses work?

Our training is flexible and scalable.

We can work with you to develop a storyboard with engaging and interactive content, ready for automation by your enterprise Learning Management System provider.

Workshops

We offer a variety of workshop styles to meet your requirements.

Train the Trainer: We deliver powerpoint materials and full speaker notes, allowing you to internalise and repeat training delivery.

Remote service: A&O facilitators deliver the workshop remotely.
