Culture Benchmark

A benchmarking tool designed to help our clients understand their current cultural landscape and how their values might drive employee behaviour.  It also helps employees navigate challenging everyday scenarios in an ever-changing workplace. 

By asking an organisation’s employees to complete a number of scenario based questions covering common culture themes we are able to provide valuable analysis that can be used to drive overall culture efforts and provide focus for actions and initiatives. We can also provide wider culture support and have considerable experience providing bespoke training, designing and implementing culture dashboards and running full culture health assessments. 

Our Culture Benchmark is available either on a standalone basis or as part of a broader programme of support and can be deployed once to provide an instant snapshot in time or, for greatest impact, used on multiple occasions over a period to assess the effectiveness of your change programmes. We have a range of fixed price models depending on the scope of assessment you wish to undertake.

Prior to joining Allen & Overy, Sally spent seven years at JPMorgan (JPM) and, before that, ten years at the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in the UK. At JPMorgan, Sally provided advice and leadership on a range of regulatory policy and strategic issues. At the FSA, Sally was Managing Director of the Risk Division and a member of the FSA Board.

Clive has spent 20 years in the financial services industry, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in 2001 and then working for a number of top tier banks in finance roles, before joining JPMorgan in 2009. Clive has focused on Culture and Conduct for the last three years within JPMorgan's Investment Bank, successfully implementing the Culture and Conduct initiative globally in that time, including development and execution of tailored culture and conduct training.

Lee is the APAC Head of Allen & Overy Consulting. Prior to joining A&O, Lee was at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) where he was General Manager of Global Regulatory Affairs and helped design and implement CBA’s Code of Conduct. Before this, Lee was the Managing Director of Culture & Conduct at JPMorgan, where he led the roll out of the global Culture & Conduct program.  Lee also spent time at the FSA, as well as ASIC.
