Community investment

Our pro bono and community work is focused on two major themes – access to justice and access to education and employment – and adapted to the needs and priorities of local cultures.
Last year 44% of our lawyers took part in pro bono work to a value of USD 22.9m – but we try and use the skills of all of our people to their greatest effect, whichever part of the firm they’re from and whatever their area of expertise.
