It's quite incredible that I have been working at Allen & Overy for more than ten years. Time flies very fast. My work life is always exciting because there are lots of changes at A&O. I have been rotated nearly every year to work with different people in different departments. I have worked with people at all levels: I have been a PA to partners, senior, mid-level and junior associates. I was recently promoted to be the Legal Support Supervisor (LSS) for the Corporate group. This job is quite new for me but challenges me a lot.

I have learnt and improved much in the ten years that I have been here. I have improved a great deal in my computer and organisational skills. In addition, I have also learnt how to work with people from different countries and cultures, how to solve problems and how to manage myself under pressure. I have gained a lot of knowledge about law, especially property law. I also feel that I am more mature and have a better attitude to work and changes. All of these experiences have also taught me one important message: if you try hard, you can always succeed in whatever you do.
