Our Business Development and Marketing team work alongside our legal staff and play an intrinsic role in enhancing our reputation and driving the business forward. The team guides and supports the legal staff with their various business development initiatives, including pitch management and client targeting. 



The work of the Finance team is a key component of the success of the Singapore office. Our team has extensive experience and focuses on financial analysis, budget control, accounting and credit control.  In Finance, we pride ourselves on delivering a platinum service. We only recruit people of the highest calibre performing to the highest standards, and have the best systems in place to help them.

We use Elite 3E, a new, leading-edge, financial software solution designed specifically for law firms. It enables us to manage our new business intake, billings, collections, payments and management reporting efficiently. It allows us to ensure consistent processes and controls throughout the firm. It helps us to deliver excellent service to our internal and external clients. And we provide this excellent service around the world. Work for us, and you’re working as part of a truly global finance function. You’ll have colleagues in 39 offices around the world – everywhere from Sydney to New York, from Hong Kong to Dubai and throughout Europe.

Our Information Technology team keep abreast of the continuing advancements and developments in technology and can be relied on for their professionalism, innovation, efficacy and dedication. Allen & Overy has invested heavily in the very best IT systems and gone to great lengths to ensure that they are fully integrated across our international network. Our document management system, for example, is an industry leader.

The IT team based in Singapore also supports the wider Asia Pacific region. We need talented people to help us keep this valued infrastructure running smoothly 24/7.

The PA support role in Allen & Overy is an increasingly sophisticated and demanding one. Our team of Legal PAs boast extensive knowledge and expertise in a wide range of software systems and processes.

Our Library and Information team provides support in a variety of areas, including legal research, training and current awareness. Our team of innovative and resourceful individuals are unstinting in their commitment to providing knowledge and information to the legal staff.



As a paralegal at Allen & Overy, you will play an instrumental role in the mechanics of the legal process and form an important part of the team alongside our partners, associates and trainees. Your main focus will be to deliver a first-class service to them as your internal clients, and thereby gain a valuable insight into the workings of a large legal practice.
