Each summer (June – September) we invite about 20 students for a one-month paid internship programme.

The recruitment process for summer placement usually starts in March.

Two-month paid internship programme with possibility to extend the contract.

The recruitment process is open throughout the academic year, but the number of places is limited by business needs.

We really care about your development during the internship. We believe that our internship programme is unique in the Polish market.

It consists of:

  • Integrated induction programme
    Two-day programme during which you will learn about our policies, tools, systems and working standards.
  • Mentoring
    Our lawyers are very helpful and they will support you during your time with us. They will help you adapt to our company and get to know our working environment.
  • Merit-related tasks
    You are at the beginning of your legal career and it is very important for you to get to know the work standards of A&O lawyers. During the internship you will have an opportunity to work for various lawyers on many different transactions.
  • Trainings
    We care about your development. During your internship you will attend a number of trainings on various legal and non-legal topics created especially for interns.
  • Feedback
    We know that feedback plays a very important role in your development. This is why we will organise a feedback meeting once a month during which we will discuss your signature strengths, but also your development needs. It is bilateral feedback, where you can also share your thoughts with us.

We are looking for law students currently in their fourth or fifth year of study with a minimum three full days availability during the work week.

You can send your application via our career website. Please attach your CV and cover letter in English.

  1. SJT – on-line Situational Judgement Test
  2. English ability assessment
  3. Interview with one of our lawyers and an HR team member
