Practice areas
Business Development & Marketing
The Business Development and Marketing team is committed to ensuring that the highest possible level of client care is delivered by Allen & Overy. The team is responsible for providing operational and strategic input to marketing projects, organising seminars and managing specific projects from conception to completion.
Business Services
The Business Services department covers a very wide variety of disciplines both locally and internationally.
The Business Services team provides office facilities and supplies. The department also supervises maintenance and planning for future purchases and leases, and organises pro bono projects, document production services, etc.
Finance
The Finance department has many important, specialist functions. The team is responsible for financial analysis, salaries, billing, debts and policies. Their work covers three fields: local, regional and global. All finance activities benefit from significant computer automation.
Human Resources
The HR department in Allen & Overy plays an important facilitating role in enabling the firm to attract, motivate and retain the best possible quality of staff at all levels.
The Warsaw Human Resources team is responsible for recruitment, coordinating people's careers, development processes, as well as organising team-building activities, benefits and local/global policies. The HR team closely cooperates with the London office and other offices in the CEE region.
Information Technology
Pre-eminent among law firms in the use of information technology, Allen & Overy relies absolutely on the quality of its advanced IT services and systems, and on the dedication of its professional IT staff. The IT staff are responsible for developing and supporting systems which blend brilliant ideas and advanced technology. The IT team works closely with the London office and other offices in the CEE region.
Legal PAs
Legal PAs should have well-developed computer skills and know office equipment but these technical aspects must be complemented with engagement, professionalism, responsibility and previous experience.

Professional Support Lawyers
Professional support lawyer (PSL) roles at Allen & Overy reflect the diversity of our international practice.

Allen & Overy’s Warsaw office is located in the “Browary Warszawskie” complex.
Browary Warszawskie is located in the creative and innovative heart of Warsaw and reflects the quality of design and construction that is essential to our ambitions. The area as a whole is an excellent spot to combine work, rest and recreation.
Our new offices reflect our aspiration to create a new innovative space for our clients and staff.
The client area hosts both formal and informal meetings. Each client room is equipped with state-of-the-art wireless conferencing technology that can be used with any device to provide smooth, unrestricted communication with people around the world. Our new premises also features a front-of-house area containing a roof terrace and an interior garden.
We strive to make our workplaces environmentally sustainable by using energy- and water-saving technology.
