“I joined A&O as an intern in September 2015. Having no knowledge about banking & finance, I was nervous I would not meet the expectations of such a high-profile team. It turned out I could not be more wrong. The support received from both junior and senior associates made me feel like a team member from day one. Everyone was patient and kind, but also demanding, what made me develop even faster. Each day brought new opportunities and new challenges. I received more and more ambitious tasks but I knew I could always ask for help, which I did, and received.
