As with all our support functions, Business Development and Marketing is a key component in driving the business forward and enhancing our reputation for excellence and innovation.

The Business Services department covers a very wide variety of disciplines both locally and internationally. Across all areas, we seek to achieve the highest level of service and support for our internal customers and our clients. This is achieved by recruiting and retaining the best people. Business Services consists of fax room, front of house, dispatch, catering, library and stationery.

Legal PAs

Legal PAs

About half of those working at Allen & Overy are support staff. The PA support is an increasingly sophisticated and demanding role, requiring greater use of technology and a wide range of skills.

As well as employing PAs with legal knowledge, we actively seek PAs from many other industries including banking, finance, insurance and accountancy firms.

In return for a high level of technical ability, professionalism, team spirit and flexibility, we offer our PAs an excellent salary and benefits package, together with an in-depth induction programme, technical training and development programme.

Paralegals

Paralegals

Paralegals are required in order to provide a seamless service to our clients.

As a paralegal with us, you will play an instrumental role in the mechanics of the legal process. Your main focus will be to deliver a first-class service to the team as your internal clients, and thereby gain a valuable insight into the workings of a legal practice.

The role is especially suited to law graduates. No formal paralegal qualifications are necessary but you should be able to demonstrate strong legal skills, good attention to detail, enthusiasm and self-motivation in the face of what can sometimes be fairly routine work.

Allen & Overy's Tokyo office is located on 38th floor of Roppongi Hills building complex, one of the landmarks in central Tokyo.

Roppongi Hills offers easy access to tube lines and JR lines. There are many shops and restaurants, a cinema, museum, banks, post office and clinics inside the complex and around the building. The area has a lively atmosphere.
