“My career at Allen & Overy started with an internship in the litigation department, in the middle of my last year of studies at Bocconi University.

It was a warm welcome to the dynamic and active world of a great international law firm. During the internship, I worked closely with the lawyers who involved me from the very beginning in their daily activity and always found the time to explain things which were new to me, albeit perfectly ordinary for them.

I was immediately surprised at the extremely friendly environment, in which even an intern can work closely with partners, thus acquiring not only vast legal knowledge, but also the true “tricks of the trade”.

At the end of the internship, I kept in touch with the members of the team and after graduation I came back to work with the litigation department. Now I am entirely involved in the activity of the firm: from direct interaction with clients, hearings and meetings, to the first drafting of deeds and documents.

Working with Allen & Overy is for me a privileged experience where each day I appreciate the growth, commitment, curiosity, teamwork and precious values which characterise this great world."
