We’re also interested in students currently completing their university studies or who have achieved a Master’s (LLM) and graduates in economics for our tax department.

Candidates must have an excellent capacity to work on their own initiative as well as a positive attitude to teamwork. In addition to a top degree mark, work experience and any experience abroad is also important.
During the practical training period, our trainees will actively participate in research and due diligence activities (i.e. corporate analysis aimed at merger and acquisition operations), as well as writing legal opinions, drafting agreements and offering/listing documentations.

Working environment
Our Milan and Rome offices offer an open, friendly and "keen to help" environment will help you adapt to the Italian work culture.
The Milan office is situated in the business and fashion district, near the Duomo, the world's largest Gothic cathedral. In a short walk you could reach the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II arcade, the Theatre La Scala, the 15th century Sforzesco Castle's Museum of Historic Art and the Gallery of Modern Art. The Pinacoteca di Brera and the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie (which is home to Leonardo da Vinci's famous painting, The Last Supper) are also close to the office.
The Rome office is located in the landmark building of Palazzo Sforza Cesarini, in the heart of the city close to Piazza Navona and The Vatican.
Both offices host a Christmas gathering for all staff and employees and often organize drinks and team gatherings, off-site events and sport sponsored tournaments.
