  • Updating our internal database system of all existing client matters;

  • Being a point of reference for the other support functions (i.e.: marketing, know-how, hr, finance) for and on behalf of the fee earners;

Library

Library

The Italian Library, Inter Alia, offers the following wide range of enquiry and research services, conducted through access to a variety of print materials, databases and online tools:

  • Finding legislation and case law;
  • Finding articles and commentary on legal topics; and
  • distributing a weekly Newsletter which includes both the list of indexes of current journal subscriptions and the list of books and publications recently purchased by the Italian offices.

Working environment

Our Milan and Rome offices offer an open, friendly and "keen to help" environment will help you adapt to the Italian work culture.

The Milan office is situated in the business and fashion district, near the Duomo, the world's largest Gothic cathedral.  In a short walk you could reach the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II arcade, the Theatre La Scala, the 15th century Sforzesco Castle's Museum of Historic Art and the Gallery of Modern Art. The Pinacoteca di Brera and the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie (which is home to Leonardo da Vinci's famous painting, The Last Supper) are also close to the office.

The Rome office is located in the landmark building of Palazzo Sforza Cesarini, in the heart of the city close to Piazza Navona and The Vatican.

Both offices host a Christmas gathering for all staff and employees and often organize drinks and team gatherings, off-site events and sport sponsored tournaments.
