As an intern at A&O, I have had the opportunity to train with outstanding practitioners. Working with some of the very best lawyers in my area of specialization provided the ideal framework for me to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence that I will need to excel as an associate. Perhaps most importantly, my supervisors have given me a high level of responsibility. I have also been encouraged to think out of the box by developing original lines of legal analysis and argument. Benefiting from all of this in an international and open-minded environment has been a rare and rewarding experience.
