Programme Légal à Égal
In partnership with Total, BNP Paribas and Chanel, we offer an internship program for disabled law students.
If you are a Master 2 student, enrolled at the IEJ or in a French bar law school and are looking for a legal internship, we encourage you to apply for two internships: one in the legal department of one of our partner companies and the other in A&O Paris.

Working environment
Join us in Paris and you’ll be based in the prestigious 8th district, close to the Arc de Triomphe, just a short walk away from the Champs Elysées.
The building was designed to our specifications and provides a modern, stylish place to do business, flooded with natural light. As well as extensive client meeting rooms and comfortable office space, it meets the High Environmental Quality (HEQ) standards and it features :

Many events are also organised by our Works Council and the Human Resources department as part of our well-being policy. There is in particular the children's Christmas tree, an event dedicated to support functions, and monthly drinks organised by the teams alternately, gathering all the firm's employees.
Application process
There’s no such thing as a typical Allen & Overy candidate.
We’re open-minded and look for people who share that quality. We also mean it when we say your university and degree subject aren’t the main recruitment criteria.
We recruit trainees from 3 to 6 months to join our legal practices for two periods:
- January to June
- July to December
We are looking for graduates from the French Bar School with a double diploma (in Law and Business School, Sciences Po or LL.M), with an excellent proficiency in English. A knowledge of other languages is appreciated (Arabic, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.).
