The team encompasses all aspects of the information profession – producing bespoke research pieces, delivering authoritative training, responding to legal and business queries and managing the extensive hard copy needs of our lawyers.

We have created Fuse, our tech innovation incubator based in our London office, designed to bring forward-thinking tech companies together with clients and A&O experts. In Paris, we have created an innovation committee called LegalTech Paris. Composed of seven permanent members, it drives the internal use of new technological tools, and holds targeted meetings and events for our clients on these topics.

Its aim is to provide our business teams globally with the leadership, management and business skills needed to succeed and reach their full potential. each year we offer the opportunity to attend individual and group coaching sessions. In this way, our employees develop their ability to express themselves in public through internal presentations or to clients.

Your remuneration package includes a fixed remuneration, a variable remuneration defined according to the individual's performance, a profit-sharing bonus, the health insurance scheme and provident scheme coverage at 100% by the firm, the additional pension for managers, which is 200% funded by the firm.
