The new French “anti-gift” regulation, supplemented and specified by the decree of 15 June 2020 and the "threshold" decrees of 7 August 2020, has been fully effective since 1 October 2020 (see our previous blog post French anti-gift regulation is now complete!).
Further to these texts, the following new orders finalise the regulation and add the final touches to the regime:
- Order of 24 September 2020 on the thematic typology of benefits and conventions in application of Article R1453-14 of the French Public Health Code.
- Order of 24 September 2020 creating a tele-procedure aimed at facilitating the transmission of agreements stipulating the granting of benefits called "Ethics of Health Professionals".
