Oh my goodness…Wow…In your life have you ever seen anything like that?

There’s no way I could let Tiger Woods’ Masters achievement pass without a blog connecting it to the workplace. There are so many correlations but the one I want to focus on is creating a culture where success is celebrated.

All too often, there is an emphasis on negative or developmental points, even if couched in constructive terms. Let’s be positive and foster a culture of success by actively celebrating achievements. It makes work fun and ironically a more productive environment.

The sheer enjoyment from Tiger at the moment of success was a sight to behold. No ifs. No buts. Tiger took the world along with him. He came back from injury and a tarnished reputation and did the near impossible. Let’s celebrate it. Tiger you did GReaaat!
