Access to justice
As a law firm we believe strongly in using our skills to bring justice and fair treatment to people and communities who may otherwise be denied it.
Our programmes vary from community to community to reflect local cultures and priorities. For example, many of our offices across Central and Eastern Europe and Asia Pacific focus on supporting vulnerable children by partnering with rights organisations to achieve fair treatment for young people in their local communities.
We also advise charities and community groups on legal, strategic and business issues, allowing them to focus on providing their much-needed services.
We focus on four areas where our pro bono work can have the biggest impact:
Rule of law
Having a functioning legal system is essential for developing economies to attract much needed foreign investment – particularly for countries emerging from civil war or periods of major political change.Read more
