Pro bono and community investment
Pro bono and community investment work has been at the heart of our business for decades.
It began formally in the early 1990s with our lawyers volunteering at free legal advice clinics, and has grown into a global programme of work that sees us support access to justice, education and employment for tens of thousands of vulnerable people around the world each year.
Our work is designed to make a real impact. We bring together teams of lawyers and professional support staff from across our network to share their knowledge and experience on international projects, as well as focusing on the local communities close to our offices. Where possible, we collaborate with our clients, peers and other organisations to increase our social impact.
