Oscar advises national and international financial institutions in some of the main insolvency proceedings in Spain, including refinancing agreements, pre-insolvency and insolvency scenarios, enforcement of security instruments and acquisitions of NPLs or distressed debt portfolios.
In addition, he participates in financial and civil disputes and international arbitrations and has provided assistance to the Banking & Finance department in syndicated financing transactions.
