Naomi Reijn

Senior Associate

Naomi advises on remuneration and incentives from an employment, corporate and regulatory perspective.
Furthermore, she is an experienced employment lawyer, with a focus on statutory directors, works councils and M&A. She represents FIG companies (banks, insurance companies, asset managers), listed companies, (fin)tech, and private equity. She is engaged as an external PhD candidate (buiten promovendus) at Radboud University Nijmegen where she conducts research on management incentives in times of M&A in light of the Dutch stakeholder model. She regularly publishes and speaks on this topic as well. Naomi is recognized as an expert in the field. She has worked extensively on remuneration policies and reports, incentive plans, advice on deal -related remuneration and MIP's and compliance with regulatory remuneration requirements.
