Zeid is a partner in our Middle East corporate team. He has extensive experience in advising on a full spectrum of corporate transactions, including public and private M&A, strategic investments and joint ventures for financial institutions, companies, sovereign wealth and private equity funds. Zeid’s experience spans a broad range of sectors including healthcare, TMT, industrial, energy and private equity. He has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Civil law systems in the Middle East and is fluent in both English and Arabic.
