Wayne has extensive legal experience advising corporate clients, private equity and investment funds on cross-border mergers and acquisition and investment transactions in Asia. He advises clients on a wide range of international transactions, including public and private company acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, minority and strategic investments, business disposals, joints ventures and corporate restructurings. Wayne graduated from the University of Melbourne, B. Com. and LL.B. (Hons). He is admitted to practise in the State of New York and is also qualified in Victoria, Australia.
