Vincent is a senior associate in our Amsterdam corporate team, and specialises in private and public M&A with a focus on (auction) sales and complex joint ventures, carve-outs and restructurings. Vincent has particular experience with the sale and acquisition of infrastructure assets.
In addition to corporate M&A, Vincent has experience in restructuring and litigation. He holds an LL.B. and LL.M from Leiden University, a Diploma in Legal Studies from the University of Oxford and a postgraduate degree in ‘Mergers and Acquisitions’ from VU Amsterdam.
Vincent is admitted to the Amsterdam bar (advocaat).
