Vimal Tilakapala

Vimal is a retired tax partner and former head of the UK tax practice.
He is also a CEDR accredited mediator, a Deputy Judge of the Upper Tribunal (Tax & Chancery Chamber) and sits as a Judge in the First Tier Tax Tribunal.
He advises on corporate tax generally with an emphasis on domestic and international finance related tax including structured financing, regulatory capital, securitisation and the taxation of financial instruments as well as tax disputes.
